Property Inspections include:

• Ensure the inside of the property is clean, tidy and free from infestations and damp
• Ensure appliances are in full working order
• Ensure all facilities are correctly working such as; water / gas / electric
• Ensure the property is aired throughout
• Ensure post is collected and forwarded to your desired address
• Provide regular updates via email and report findings from property inspections.
• We offer representation at all Condominium meetings on your behalf.
