We are a family focused company and we pride ourselves on our reliable and trustworthy service offering annual contracts covering all the following aspects:

Safe holding of keys

• Keys kept safely for you and your guests
• In the event of an emergency or at your request we will allow access for suppliers

Fortnightly Property Inspections include:

• Ensure the inside of the property is clean, tidy and free from infestations and damp
• We ensure insurances are valid as your property needs to be checked every two weeks in most contents policies
• Ensure appliances are in full working order
• Ensure all facilities are correctly working such as; water / gas / electric
• Ensure the property is aired throughout
• Ensure post is collected and forwarded to your desired address
• Ensure indoor and outdoor plants are watered alongside maintaining the cleanliness of the patio and terraced areas
• We offer representation at all Condominium meetings on your behalf.

Safety Packs

Although fire safety requirements are not obligatory in Portugal, we recommend for insurance purposes that properties and fitted with basic but necessary items depending on the size of your property.
